Established within the Pacific Group of Christian Schools, the program equips future educators to teach with purpose, lead with faith, and impact lives for God’s Kingdom.

Each trainee is mentored by a Master Teacher within one of our schools, gaining hands-on classroom experience while studying through an accredited tertiary institution such as Christian Heritage College. This combination of academic study and practical learning provides a strong foundation for both teaching excellence and spiritual growth.

The SCTTP follows a development pathway that moves from early observation to confident independent teaching, ensuring trainees are well-prepared to step into classrooms as Christ-centred educators.
